The project

The municipality of Salviac is deeply committed to the energy transition and sustainable development. In addition to supporting the construction of our power plant, the town hall has chosen geothermal energy to heat the municipal swimming pool, whose roofs are also equipped with photovoltaic panels. Furthermore, the municipality has given up the use of pesticides and supports the development of electric vehicles in its territory.

Photosol operates a 4.5 MWp power plant in the municipality of Salviac in the Lot region. The plant produces 6,000 MWh, which corresponds to the electricity consumption of 4,600 people, nearly the population of the Cazals-Salviac intermunicipal community.
